SCIENCE DAY

Monty and Joseph were chosen take part in a special Year 5/6 Science Day at Writhlington Secondary School. The all-day event was filled with hands-on workshops, mostly focused on the fascinating world of food science.

“My favourite part was burning the crisps! We were measuring how much energy they had in them.” – Joseph

“It was extremely fun and my favourite part was mixing lemonade with biuret solution. The solution was meant to measure how much protein was present.” – Monty
