Governors
Our governors work together to support, challenge and guide our school to achieve the best outcomes for every child.
Our Local Governing Body (LGB) works closely with the leadership team at St Julian’s Church School to support and challenge the school as we continue to improve. Governors bring a range of skills, experience and perspectives to help ensure that the school provides the best possible education and opportunities for all our children.
School governors play an important role in providing strategic oversight, asking challenging questions and holding school leaders to account. They help to monitor the school’s progress, consider how resources are used and ensure that the school’s vision and priorities remain focused on achieving the best outcomes for children.
St Julian’s is part of the Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership (MNSP). The Trust Board, made up of 11 Trustees, has overall responsibility for the governance of the Trust and delegates specific responsibilities to our Local Governing Body.
Our governors are committed to working in partnership with our staff, children and families to ensure that St Julian’s continues to be a happy, inclusive and successful school.
