School Improvement Plan

School Improvement Plan at St Julian's Church School

We are always seeking to develop and improve our school.

Each year, we develop a school improvement plan that outlines our priorities and ensures that we continue to provide the best possible education for all our pupils. Our plan is informed by our Ofsted and SIAMS self-evaluation, alongside identified areas for development, while also ensuring that we remain responsive to current educational research, guidance and best practice.

School evaluation and improvement is a collaborative process, led by the school’s leadership team and supported by the Local Governing Body. Together, we regularly reflect on our strengths, identify areas for further development and work to ensure that our school continues to grow and flourish.
