Parent Teacher Association (PTA)
The Parent Teacher Association (PTA) brings families and school together, building a strong community and supporting opportunities and facilities that enhance our children’s school experience.
What is a Parent Teacher Association (PTA)?
St Julian’s School PTA is a registered charity run by a committee of parents and staff. Over the years, the PTA has raised thousands of pounds to provide additional equipment, experiences and resources that go beyond what can be funded through the school’s budget.
The PTA committee meets once a term, and all parents and carers are welcome to attend. It is a great opportunity to share ideas, hear about upcoming events and help decide how the money we raise can best benefit our children.
Stay up to date with all PTA events by reading our school newsletter and checking Class Dojo for important reminders and updates.

Get Involved
The PTA is about much more than fundraising. It is about bringing our school community together. We encourage all parents and carers to get involved in whatever way works for them.
Perhaps you have a particular skill or interest that you could share, such as gardening, DIY, crafts, cooking or organising events. You may have a fundraising idea, be able to help at an event or simply have an hour to spare.
Every contribution makes a difference. Attend one of our meetings or get in touch to find out how you can support the PTA.
Contact the PTA
You can contact the PTA by email at stjulianswellowpta@gmail.com or catch one of the PTA team at drop-off or pick-up.
Raising Money for the School
We aim to use PTA funds in ways that benefit as many children as possible, across all areas of school life and the curriculum.
Our fundraising has supported a wide range of projects and activities, from larger investments such as our Adventure Playground and whole school school trips, to smaller items such as sports equipment, coach travel, treats and classroom resources.
We are always looking for new ideas about how our funds could enhance our children’s experiences at St Julian’s.
Sponsorship Banner
Do you own a business and would be happy to sponsor the PTA? We are looking for sponsors. In return for your sponsorship, your logo will be put at on a PTA banner that will be displayed at the school and at any of our events for the year. We will also give your company a ‘shout out’ on our Facebook page. If this is of interest to you, please email us at stjulianswellowpta@gmail.com.
Our 100 Club
Our 100 club is still going strong. For those of you that don’t know, our 100 club is a fundraising initiative where you pay and pick a number. We do a draw every 3 months, 50% of the pot goes towards the PTA and 50% goes towards prizes. If you would like to take part, please email us.
Easyfundraising
Help raise money for the school by shopping online as you usually would!
How does it work?
“When you shop online with participating retailers, they’ll donate part of what you spend to your chosen cause. Whether you shop on your phone, laptop or tablet, you can earn free cashback donations for your cause. The retailer just needs to know you are an easyfundraiser to give a donation, and they know this if you visit them from our website, app or Donation Reminder.” (easyfundraising, 2026)
When shopping online, make sure you click yes if a pop-up appears asking whether you want to shop through easyfundraising. If the pop-up doesn’t appear, you may need to check your settings on your phone and ensure that easyfundraising is allowed.
