QUAD KIDS COMPETITION

We were proud to take a group of our Year 3/4 children to this year’s MSN Year 3/4 Quad Kids competition. Two teams, one of boys and one of girls, represented St Julian’s as they competed against pupils from 15 other schools, both big and small.

For some of our children, this was their very first experience taking part in a Key Stage 2 competition, and they rose to the challenge brilliantly. Each athlete participated in four events: a 400m run, a 50m sprint, a standing long jump, and a vortex throw.

We’re delighted to share that the team placed 5th out of 15 schools – a fantastic achievement! Our children were outstanding ambassadors for the school, showing great sportsmanship, determination, and teamwork throughout the day. It was a joy to take them, and we’re incredibly proud of how each one improved on their previous scores.

Well done, Team St Julian’s!
Mrs Parker
